Identify your issue

The first step to resolving a problem is acknowledging that there is a problem in the first place. This is the starting point which will direct us right to the source of the problem when we trace it back in time during your Regression Therapy session.

Set a Goal

This creates a clear intention and directs healing towards it. If you want to resolve a stuck situation or break through self-limiting symptoms, then think about how you would like things to be different - in a positive way. Be clear and specific with what you want to achieve - the Universe is listening...

For example, you may want to feel more confident in yourself, and be free of the fear or anxiety which currently holds you back from realizing your dreams and aspirations. Perhaps this lack of confidence or feeling of inferiority affects your ability to speak up in meetings or in other groups of people - you feel embarrassed or are worried what people might think about you, or are afraid of 'getting it wrong'.  Then your goal might be to feel confident in yourself so you can easily speak or contribute at a meeting or in a group. Simple, positive and in the present. An objective like this will give you a measuring point so that when you actually come to experience it in your life, you will know, without doubt, that you have broken with the past and are moving into your greater potential!
